Sit back or lay down to enjoy this audio meditation. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to do this. Trust the images, sensations and thoughts that pop up during this experience. Everyone will have a different experience and your body and brain are giving you messages just for you. I encourage you to journal about your experience after the meditation. Like dreams, the things that come up in  meditation can quickly disappear if you don't jot it down.
